Microsoft announces Xbox Game Pass, Netflix-style gaming for the Xbox One

Other notable games include Mad Max, Lego Batman, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Terraria, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Fable 3, Tekken Tag 2, Payday 2, National Basketball Association 2K16 and SoulCalibur 2.

One of the great things about the Xbox Game Pass is that it is not a streaming service.

The battle caused vast civilian suffering and laid waste to one of the Middle East's loveliest and most historic cities. The UN found Syrian government forces had used helicopters to drop barrel bombs containing chlorine gas.

If you just purchased an Xbox One and were hoping to quickly build up your library of games, you now have another option that could save you some serious dough. Every month new games will cycle into the subscription with some cycling out, resulting in a constantly-updating library of games (again, similarly to Netflix). This service is completely separate from Xbox Live Gold, but if you are a member you get early access once it's done the rounds for the Xbox Insider Program. Some Xbox Insider members will get access to Xbox Game Pass beginning today, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will get it soon, with the full program available to everyone with the system later this spring. Well, bad news for Gamestop and good news for gamers that love to stream as the Microsoft Game Pass seems like an awesome addition to Microsoft's arsenal. Interactive Entertainment and Microsoft Studios have all signed on to the project and will be providing games for the service.

Microsoft is now "testing Xbox Game Pass with select members of the Xbox Insider Program". PlayStation Now, on the other hand, only lets you play PlayStation 3 games.

It works like this: Pay $10 dollars a month, and you can play any of over 100 Xbox One and Xbox 360 games. Xbox Game Pass is your ticket to endless play. The service isn't being rolled out to all users right now; instead, it's being made available to Xbox Alpha testers with only a few titles for testing and feedback. The graphic accompanying the announcement hints at plenty more, including Fable and Mad Max, as well as some classic indie games. What do you guys think of Xbox Game Pass? The service will set you back $9.99 a month, which is a steal if the selection is solid.

For the Coyotes, General Manager John Chayka secured a sizable haul of decent draft choices over the next three years. Hanzal is an excellent player but there's no way around the fact that this is a steep price for Minnesota.
