Gwent: The Witcher Card Game gets technical beta on PS4 this weekend

That’s a lot of Witchers

GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is now in closed beta on Xbox One and PC, with a technical test set to go live on PlayStation 4 this weekend. That's April 2 at 11PM PDT for people on the west coast. This was led by the latest game, The Witcher 3, which has managed to sell more than 10 million copies across PS4, PC and Xbox One.

This beta has been a long time coming for PlayStation 4 users, who have been waiting months for their turn to try out the card game.

Consider increased gas tax a worthwhile investment in our roads
- $24.4 billion by raising the gasoline excise taxes 12 cents per gallon, or 43 percent above the current rate of 27.8 cents. It fixes our roads with existing transportation funds that we, as hardworking Californians, already pay to Sacramento.

We're not planning to extend the Technical Beta.

When the investor pressed the subject of shareholders and their interest in another Witcher game, Kicinski expressed that communication is troublesome, and that while some things might already be known, they can't be publically discussed. Best of all, PS4 owners don't need an active PlayStation Plus subscription to participate in the beta. Not that anyone would want to anyway, as all accounts will be deleted at the conclusion of the beta. That's all set to change this weekend as they're holding a technical beta test. It could be a game where we get to play as Triss or Yennifer, and see where they came from and what their stories are like. If you're raring to go, however, you can download the beta from the PlayStation Store now in preparation. Considering the huge grand the game bagged, it seems like there could be a chance of Witcher 4 which will make the fans of The Witcher Series glad and the makers of Witcher Series content. Though a release date hasn't been given, it likely isn't too far off.
