Bills acquire WR Jordan Matthews & 3rd-round pick from Eagles for Darby

Philadelphia Eagles trade WR Jordan Matthews and draft pick for Bills cornerback

In a somewhat bizarrely executed news drop, the Bills announced the trade of Watkins and a 2018 sixth-round pick for cornerback E.J. Gaines and a 2018 second rounder.

Matthews and a 2018 third-round pick have been traded from the Eagles to the Bills in exchange for cornerback Ronald Darby, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

The club also insisted that the player was now in Dortmund, contrary to other rumours. I hope that nothing bad has happened to him.

The Bills were looking at competing for second place in the AFC East at best before making some big trades on Friday, but after the deals they made, it's hard to imagine them winning more than five or six games this season. The Bills also received a second and a third round pick in the upcoming 2018 draft. That job will now likely go to Tre'Davious White, Buffalo's first round pick in the 2017 National Football League draft. No member of the Eagles had caught more passes in his first three seasons than the 225 Matthews had snagged. While posting 60 receptions on 95 targets, he also produced 1,047 yards and nine touchdowns, both of which still serve as single-season career-high marks. Last season, a foot injury limited Watkins to eight games and he finished with 430 yards and two touchdowns.

There were reports the Eagles would be open to trading Jordan Matthews as far back as February, so it certainly comes as no surprise the club finally pulled the trigger. He made a trade previous year to move up and draft quarterback Carson Wentz.

Considerable weakness was also visible among biotech stocks, as reflected by the 1.6% slump by the NYSE Arca Biotechnology Index. In overseas trading, stock markets across the Asia-Pacific region moved mostly lower during trading on Wednesday.

He joins a secondary that lacks top-notch cornerbacks. Darby is just 23 years old and has two years left on his rookie deal.

"I'd love to have some continuity there". But Webster's familiarity with Wade Phillips' system - Webster played on Phillips' Broncos defenses these last two years - gave him an advantage and ultimately won him the job.

Specific guidelines on the proper use of drones are listed on the FAA website, he pointed out. In recent weeks, the Islamic State militant group (ISIS ) has used drones to attack U.S.

Granted, the Eagles got a solid corner in Darby. Because the Rams and the Bills have new offensive schemes this year, it's tough to really evaluate how these receivers will fare in their new homes, but obviously that's not going to stop us from trying.
