Alexa Can Distinguish Your Voice to Get Personalized for You

Amazon drops Echo Show price after You Tube falloutMore

If you have an Alexa enabled device and want to try it out for yourself, navigate the settings on the mobile app and choose the "Your Voice" option.

The new feature is now rolling out for the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, and Echo Show devices, but eventually, all users of Alexa-enabled devices (including those made by third-parties) should be able to take advantage of this new ability.

Users will also be able to make use of the personalised voice recognition for voice calling.

U.S. doomed to fail if it scraps nuclear deal - Rouhani warns
Iran's rial has dropped against the US dollar in recent days in a sign of concern about Trump's policy. The aide went on to accuse Washington of supporting Islamic State (IS, formerly ISISISIL) terrorists.

Over the past day, a handful of changes have appeared in the Google Home and the Amazon Echo as both companies try coaxing customers to their platforms.

Alexa users can train Amazon's voice assistant to learn how to recognize different voices and personalize its services for multiple users. According to reports, it can now receive training to recognize the owner's voice or certain other voices. If you have a smartphone but not an Amazon account then you can log in as a guest into the app on your own device in order to set up voice recognition.

Prior to the development, Alexa did not recognise who was speaking but went on with catering to the voice's demands.

International Monetary Fund positive on global economic prospects
That marked a one tenth of a percentage point upwards revision for each year versus its last set of projections made in July. IMF's 6.7 percent growth rate projection is in line with the Reserve Bank of India's forecast.

The move comes as Amazon aggressively brings Echo speakers to more diverse homes. Alexa will recognize their voice without you having to manually switch between profiles, or tell Alexa who you are.

The company stated that now this feature is available to carry out calls and sending messages along with flash briefing, Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan, and last but not the least, shopping.

It should be noted that some people are very concerned about privacy with this sort of voice assistant because what you say is recorded and sent out to servers to be analyzed.
