Browns Receiver Josh Gordon Reinstated Again, Eligible to Play in Week 13

When he was on the field, Gordon was one of the most explosive receivers in the NFL. Gordon's dealt with multiple suspensions, however, for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

On Wednesday, Gordon was reinstated by commissioner Roger Goodell on a "conditional basis", meaning he is able to return to the Browns facility to attend meetings and do individual workouts. "It ultimately is up to Josh".

After remaining on the Commissioner's Exempt list through his first week of practice back with the Browns, the team can either make him active beginning on November 27 or he will remain on the Exempt List for an additional week. Nintendo introduces a new Legend of Zelda-themed 2DS

Gordon has missed Cleveland's past 41 games and hasn't played in the regular season since December 21, 2014, following numerous violations of the league's substance abuse policy.

Taken in the 2012 supplemental draft, after a college career that included an arrest for marijuana possession while at Baylor, Gordon showed promise as a Cleveland rookie, then burst into national prominence in 2013. He had 1,646 yards and nine touchdowns on 87 receptions that season.

A third person who has been indicted is George Papadopoulos, who had worked for the campaign in a volunteer position. She said the campaign fully cooperated with investigators while "what Papadopoulos did was lie".
